Ashley Archer is an alumni of Southeastern University and Motion Interns. She graduated with her Bachelors degree in Ministerial Leadership with a minor in Childrens Ministry before joining the team to serve as the Motion Interns Administrator.

Sean McCartin has been combining athletics and ministry together for over 30 years. A National silver medalist in Masters Track and Field, Sean has also coached high school and collegiate athletes in football, basketball and track and field. Sean and his wife Tan have planted two churches in the Northwest and currently serves as Campus Pastor for Motion South Hill and is the Athletic Director of Motion Athletics. Sean and Tan have 3 boys, Michael, Matthew and Nicolas and have been married for 35 years.

Phil Urdiales has been pastoring for 15 years. He has served as the Campus Pastor for Southeastern University’s campus in Lakeland, Florida as well as planting several churches in the Los Angeles area. In addition to his position on this team, Pastor Phil also currently leads our Young Adults ministry. He and his wife Jenna have 3 children, Quinn, Dylann, and Nixon.

Jennika Blumlein graduated from Washington State University. Living in Seattle, she previously worked in the corporate world as a marketing strategist. After hearing the call of God on her life she moved to Puyallup with her husband Michael and started serving at Motion Church. She has a heart for seeing young people come to know Jesus with a real depth and understanding of the Bible.
